一、依本校智慧財產權評量委員會議決議(1150427)：
1.評估無授權使用或技術服務效益之研發成果，基於符合公益之目的或為促進整體產業發展。
2.為推廣本校研發成果，提升研發成果運用效益等原則。
辦理本校專利讓與公告。

一、In accordance with the resolution of the Tzu Chi University Intellectual Property Evaluation Committee (1150427):
1. The evaluation of research and development outcomes that are not currently under license or are being utilized for technical services, based on the principles of aligning with public interest or promoting the overall development of the industry.
2. To promote the outcomes of the university and enhance their practical application and utilization.
The university is now announcing the licensing of its patents.
