一、活動目的：
(一)推廣大寮區在地文化與歷史建築之美，提升民眾對磚窯園區與中保亭場域文化資產之認識。
(二)透過繪畫競賽活動，結合在地文化與環境教育，引導學生觀察與記錄磚窯園區與中保亭場域及其周邊文化生態，培養對傳統建築、地方歷史及環境永續的關懷，深化美感教育與環境意識，達到藝術與環境教育雙向推廣之目的。
(三)鼓勵全民藝文參與，藉由寫生活動培養美學素養與觀察力。
(四)促進跨世代交流與社區凝聚力，形塑地方文化認同。
(五)保存地方特色，以藝術形式記錄歷史建築與環境場域風貌。
二、參賽組別：幼童及國小中低年級組、國小中高年級組、青少年組、社會組
三、作品主題：『磚窯映嶺?中保拾跡』
四、活動時間：即日起至115年10月16日（星期日）17:00截止收件與報名(收件以郵戳為憑)
五、收件方式：
(一)參賽作品完成後應確保作品完好，避免遞送過程作品折損，並將報名表填妥黏貼於作品背面，一併寄至本校，或直接交給本校大門警衛室。
(二)交件地址:831高雄市大寮區進學路151號
(三)請在信封上清楚註明：「環生學院USR計畫-環境教育繪畫競賽」。

**Announcement: Environmental Education Painting Competition**
**I. Purpose of the Event:**
(1) To promote the local culture and historical architecture of Daliao District, enhancing public awareness and understanding of the cultural heritage of the Brick Kiln Park and Zhongbao Pavilion.
(2) Through the painting competition, to integrate local culture with environmental education, guiding students to observe and document the cultural ecology of the Brick Kiln Park, Zhongbao Pavilion, and their surrounding areas. This aims to cultivate concern for traditional architecture, local history, and environmental sustainability, deepening aesthetic education and environmental consciousness, and achieving the dual promotion of art and environmental education.
(3) To encourage public participation in arts and culture, fostering aesthetic literacy and observational skills through plein air painting activities.
(4) To promote intergenerational exchange and community cohesion, shaping a sense of local cultural identity.
(5) To preserve local characteristics by recording the appearance of historical architecture and environmental sites through artistic forms.

**III. Theme of the Works:**
"Brick Kiln Reflections: Tracing the Footsteps of Zhongbao"
**IV. Event Timeline:**
Submissions and registrations will be accepted until October 16, 2026 (Sunday) at 17:00. The deadline for submissions will be determined by the postmark date.
**V. Submission Methods:**
(1) After completing the artwork, ensure that it is intact and avoid any damage during the submission process. Attach the completed registration form to the back of the artwork and submit it to the university by mail or deliver it directly to the security office at the main entrance.
(2) Submission Address: 151 Jinxue Road, Daliao District, Kaohsiung City, 831.
(3) Clearly indicate on the envelope: "USR Project of the College of Environmental Science - Environmental Education Painting Competition."
