轉知衛生福利部國民健康署函文，依據菸害防制法第15條規定，全面禁止電子煙等類菸品，並嚴格管制符合菸品定義之新型態菸草產品（包含加熱菸），為協助各級機關執行菸害防制業務，特製作旨揭圖卡，內容包含電子煙與加熱菸之外觀辨識、差異比較及法律規定等，大家可多加運用，以強化對新興菸品之識能。
The National Health Benefits Service of the Ministry of Health and Welfare has issued a notice in accordance with Article 15 of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, which mandates a comprehensive ban on electronic cigarettes and other tobacco-like products. Furthermore, the notice strictly regulates new forms of tobacco products that meet the definition of tobacco, including heated tobacco products. To assist various agencies in implementing tobacco harm prevention measures, the attached informational cards have been prepared. These materials include visual identification of electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products, comparative analysis of their differences, and relevant legal regulations. We encourage everyone to utilize these resources to enhance their understanding and awareness of emerging tobacco products.
