教育部青年發展署臺南青年志工中心特別辦理「實現你的行動力：自組團隊撰寫與分享」青年志工培力活動，透過自組團隊學長姐的經驗分享及專業業師的提案教學，帶領青年從興趣探索、議題發想，到計畫撰寫與資源運用，一步步將服務熱忱轉化為具體行動，在服務過程中發掘自身潛能與影響力。

招募對象
15至35歲，對公共參與及志願服務充滿熱忱與興趣，想投入服務卻缺乏相關經驗、不熟悉參與管道，或尚未踏出第一步的青年朋友。
培訓內容
✨ 青年團隊實戰分享
由「漫活淺山×惡地再生」團隊隊長王傳程同學分享計畫發想、田野調查、資源整合、提案撰寫及執行歷程，帶領青年了解如何將創意與理想落實於行動之中。
✨ 提案實務與資源解析
由葉政忠老師透過案例解析，帶領學員了解：
志工服務的新思維與實務應用
社會議題與在地需求探索

The Youth Development Agency of the Ministry of Education, through the Tainan Volunteer Center, is pleased to announce a special capacity-building event for youth volunteers titled "Empowering Your Action: Self-Organized Team Writing and Sharing." This program aims to guide young people in transforming their passion for service into concrete actions by leveraging the experience of senior team leaders and the expertise of professional mentors. Participants will explore their interests, identify social issues, learn how to write proposals, and utilize resources effectively, all while discovering their own potential and influence through the process of volunteering.

- **Instructor:** Mr. Ye Zhengzhong, Consultant Mentor, Tainan Volunteer Center
- **Sharing Team:** Wang Chuan-cheng, Team Leader of the "Slow Living in Shallow Mountains × Regenerating Barren Lands" self-organized team for the 2026 project
**Eligibility**
Individuals aged 15 to 35 who are passionate about public engagement and volunteer service, yet lack relevant experience, are unfamiliar with participation channels, or have not yet taken their first step into volunteering.
**Training Content**
- **Practical Sharing by Youth Teams**
Wang Chuan-cheng, the team leader of the "Slow Living in Shallow Mountains × Regenerating Barren Lands" team, will share insights into project ideation, field research, resource integration, proposal writing, and execution. This session will help participants understand how to translate creativity and ideals into actionable plans.
- **Proposal Writing and Resource Analysis**
Mr. Ye Zhengzhong will lead participants through case studies to explore:
- New perspectives and practical applications in volunteer service
- Identification of social issues and local needs
- Key points for applying to the Ministry of Education's "Encouragement Program for Self-Organized Youth Teams in Volunteer Action"
- The three essential elements of a proposal: People (partners), Project (service content), and Funding (budget planning)
- How vocational skills can be transformed into service capabilities
