環境部環境管理署 - 即日起至本(115)年9月7日（一）止，辦理「116年度土壤及地下水污染整治基金補助研究及模場試驗專案」公開徵求作業。
***本校收件截止日115.08.31(一)-中午12:00，請申請人預留行政作業時間。
說明：
一、本次徵求作業分為兩階段：申請者先行提出第一階段構想書，經審查通過，另行通知申請者提出第二階段申請計畫書。
二、有意申請者請至本署「土壤及地下水技術資源平台－補助專案管理專區」（簡稱SRFS系統，網址：https://srfs.moenv.gov.tw/web/Download.aspx?ID=44）下載徵求書，請於115年9月7日前備妥電子公文及構想書電子檔發文至本署，並以本署收訖電子公文時間為憑。確認發文後，請至SRFS系統上傳構想書檔案及填寫申請資訊。
三、本署訂於115年8月13日（四）上午9時30分辦理徵求說明會
（視訊連結：https://meet.google.com/mjy-xfqwdiy），議程及報名資訊如附件，說明會後影片及資訊後將上架至SRFS系統供參閱。
The Environmental Management Agency, Ministry of the Environment, is conducting a public solicitation for the "116 Annual Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Fund Research and Field Experiment Project" from today until September 7, 2026 (Wednesday).
***The deadline for submission to this university is August 31, 2026 (Monday) at 12:00 noon. Applicants are kindly requested to reserve time for administrative processing.
Explanation:
1. This solicitation process consists of two stages: applicants must first submit a preliminary proposal. Upon successful review, applicants will be notified to submit a detailed project proposal for the second stage.
2. Interested applicants should download the solicitation documents from the Agency's "Soil and Groundwater Technical Resource Platform – Funded Project Management Zone" (referred to as the SRFS system, URL: https://srfs.moenv.gov.tw/web/Download.aspx?ID=44). Please prepare the electronic official document and the electronic proposal file and submit them to the Agency by September 7, 2026. The submission will be confirmed based on the Agency's received time of the electronic official document. After confirmation, please upload the proposal file and complete the application information on the SRFS system.
3. An explanatory meeting will be held by the Agency on August 13, 2026 (Thursday) at 9:30 AM (Video link: https://meet.google.com/mjy-xfqwdiy). The agenda and registration information are attached. The video recording and related information from the meeting will be uploaded to the SRFS system for reference after the event. |
