**Announcement: Application for the Hengda Foundation Scholarship**
**Issuing Organization:** Hengda Foundation
**Application Period:** Applications are accepted from the date of this announcement until September 10. Please first obtain a recommendation from your instructor, then submit your application by mail. Late submissions will not be accepted.
**Eligibility Criteria:** Please refer to the attached documents for details.

**Application Documents:** Please provide the documents as required by the application guidelines. Do not submit any additional certificates that are not specified, as this will help conserve paper and promote environmental protection and energy efficiency.
**Important Notes:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, please do not submit your application. All applications that do not meet the criteria will be rejected.
