※申請時間：115年9月7日起至115年9月18日止，繳交至中央校區學務處生輔組林小姐，逾時不候。
※申請流程：慈濟大學首頁→學生資訊系統→學務處→生活輔導組→獎助學金系統→申請（學產基金低收入戶助學金）→列印申請表暨同意書→繳至學生事務處生活輔導組。
※檢附文件：
1.學生系統申請書暨同意書，請簽名。
2.教育部申請書。
3.三個月內申請之低收入戶證明正本（含學生名字）。臺北市請由臺北通APP列印
4.前學期成績單。
5.獎懲紀錄（1140201-1140731）。

**Announcement: Application for the Tzu Chi University Fund for Children of Low-Income Households**
**Eligibility:**
Applicants must have already submitted an application for tuition and miscellaneous fee reduction under the "Children of Low-Income Households" category.
**Application Period:**
Applications must be submitted from September 7, 2026, to September 18, 2026. All documents should be delivered to Ms. Lin at the Student Affairs Division, Central Campus Office. Late submissions will not be accepted.
**Application Procedure:**
1. Visit the Tzu Chi University homepage.
2. Access the Student Information System.
3. Navigate to the Student Affairs Division.
4. Select the Student Life Guidance Section.
5. Access the Scholarship and Grant System.
6. Apply for the "Tzu Chi University Fund for Children of Low-Income Households."
7. Print the application form and consent agreement.
8. Submit the printed documents to the Student Life Guidance Section of the Student Affairs Division.
**Required Documents:**
1. Application form and consent agreement from the student system, signed by the applicant.
2. Application form from the Ministry of Education.
3. Original certificate of low-income household status issued within the last three months (must include the student's name). For applicants from Taipei City, please print the certificate via the Taipei Pass APP.
4. Transcript from the previous semester.
5. Record of academic awards and disciplinary actions (covering the period from February 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025).
