一、本校執行教育部115年度教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫，協助教育部推廣教學實踐研究計畫，提供基北區大專校院跨校支持網絡。為協助初任大專校院教師了解身為教師的職責與義務，本次特與國立臺北科技大學聯合辦理活動，邀請深耕於教學、研究領域深具成果的資深教師進行分享，並分享教育部教學實踐研究計畫宗旨，希冀能提供初任教師對於大學職涯的想像，並藉由導師及同儕教師共建美好的大學未來。
二、活動資訊
(一)活動名稱：經驗、融合與創新—大學教師的成就之路。
1、主題一：教學實踐研究計畫的緣由及精神。講師：教育部教學實踐研究計畫總主持人—陳毓文教授。
2、主題二：從教室到研究：教師的教學實踐研究之旅。講師：教育學門召集人—卯靜儒教授。
3、主題三：第一次寫教學實踐研究計畫就上手：從執行經驗與審查觀點談成功關鍵。講師：技術實作專案副召集人—陳樹人教授。
4、主題四：打造有溫度的課堂：教學設計與師生互動。講師：國立臺北教育大學數學暨資訊教育學系—顏榮泉副教授。
5、主題五：教學實踐與教學，教學實踐與研究，教學實踐與服務。講師：國立臺北科技大學互動設計系—戴楠青教授。
6、主題六：研究的起點：從問題意識到學術定位。講師：國立臺灣大學師資培育中心—符碧真教授。
7、主題七：世界咖啡館。
8、主題八：職涯探索：教學與研究之間的追尋與學習。講師：數理學門副召集人—蘇意雯教授。
9、主題九：以同儕審查為導向的教學實踐研究設計—給青年學者的幾點實務建議。講師：國立臺北科技大學工業設計系—王鴻祥教授。
(二)時間：115年9月2日(三)上午8時50分至下午5時05分。
(三)地點：JR東日本大飯店台北3F櫻廳(臺北市中山區南京東路三段133號)。
(四)參與對象：全國大專校院3年內初任教師，並以一般大學與技專校院平均比例錄取為原則。

1、為確保活動品質及因場地座位有限，即日起截至8月17日(一)中午12時，限額64人，額滿即截止報名。報名截止後將統一寄發「錄取通知信」，以確認出席名單，敬請留意相關信件通知。
2、為避免浪費研習資源及避免影響他人權益，如報名師長因故不克出席，請於活動前3日來信或來電告知，以利備取者依序遞補。
(六)全程參與者：將核發電子式參與證明一份。

I. The university is executing the Ministry of Education's 2023 Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Program, assisting the Ministry in promoting the Teaching Practice Research Project and providing cross-institutional support networks for higher education institutions in the Taipei and Keelung region. To help newly appointed college and university teachers understand their roles and responsibilities, we have specially collaborated with Taipei University of Technology to organize this event. We invite experienced teachers with significant achievements in teaching and research to share their insights and the objectives of the Ministry of Education's Teaching Practice Research Project. We hope to provide newly appointed teachers with a vision for their university careers and to build a promising future for higher education through collaboration with mentors and peers.
II. Event Information

1. Topic 1: The Origin and Spirit of the Teaching Practice Research Project. Speaker: Professor Yu-Wen Chen, Principal Investigator of the Teaching Practice Research Project.
2. Topic 2: From Classroom to Research: The Teaching Practice Research Journey of Educators. Speaker: Professor Jing-Ru Mao, Convener of the Education Field.
3. Topic 3: Writing a Teaching Practice Research Project Successfully on Your First Attempt: Insights from Implementation Experience and Review Perspectives. Speaker: Professor Shu-Ren Chen, Deputy Convener of the Technical Implementation Project.
4. Topic 4: Creating a Warm Classroom: Teaching Design and Teacher-Student Interaction. Speaker: Associate Professor Rong-Chuan Yan, Department of Mathematics and Information Education, Taipei University of Education.
5. Topic 5: Teaching Practice and Teaching, Teaching Practice and Research, Teaching Practice and Service. Speaker: Professor Nan-Ching Dai, Department of Interactive Design, Taipei University of Technology.
6. Topic 6: The Starting Point of Research: From Problem Awareness to Academic Positioning. Speaker: Professor Pi-Chen Fu, Center for Teacher Education, National Taiwan University.
