一、為培植並鼓勵國內優秀護理人才立願投入臨床護理工作，協助在學優秀護理學生順利完成學業及提供適當就業機會，提供護理科系學生人才培育獎助學金予以補助，敬請 貴校惠予公告並鼓勵符合資格之學生提出申請。
二、獎助對象：國內公私立大專院校護理科系畢業前兩年之在學學生(不含在職專班)，且符合資格者。
三、獎助金額：每名學生每學期補助金額新台幣6萬元整，可於畢業前兩年起申請，至多得申請四個學期。
四、受理時間：自115年10月01日起至115年11月30日止(以郵戳為憑)。
五、隨函檢附114年02月01日修訂之「人才培育獎助學金申請辦法」、「人才培育獎助學金申請書」、招募DM等相關表件。

I. To cultivate and encourage outstanding domestic nursing talent committed to clinical nursing, to assist outstanding nursing students in successfully completing their studies, and to provide appropriate employment opportunities, we are offering talent development scholarships to students in nursing programs. We kindly request that your institution publicize this program and encourage eligible students to apply.
II. Eligibility: Enrolled students in nursing programs at public or private colleges and universities in Taiwan who are within the final two years of their studies (excluding part-time programs for working professionals) and meet the eligibility requirements.
III. Award Amount: Each student will receive a subsidy of NT$60,000 per semester. Applications may be submitted starting two years prior to graduation, with a maximum of four semesters of support.
IV. Application Period: From October 1, 115, to November 30, 115 (as evidenced by the postmark).
V. Enclosed are the “Regulations for Applying for the Talent Development Scholarship,” revised on February 1, 114, the “Talent Development Scholarship Application Form,” recruitment brochures, and other relevant documents.
