**Announcement**
**Provided by:** The Family of Ms. Zhu Chun-mei
**Application Period:** For the first semester, from September 1st to October 9th; for the second semester, from March 1st to March 30th. All applications must be submitted to the Life Guidance Section of the Academic Affairs Office at the Central Campus. Late submissions will not be accepted.
**Eligibility Criteria:** Please refer to the attached documents.
**Required Documents:** Please refer to the attached documents.
**Application Documents:** Please provide only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not submit any additional proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection as well as energy conservation.
**If you do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected.**
**Incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully check all materials before resubmitting.**
