「國科會研發成果運用法規與實務工作坊」為協助學研機構強化國科會計畫研發成果之管理機制與實務能量，將以「法遵程序」及「實務案例」為核心，解析法規架構、作業程序及常見問題，結合案例進行交流與討論，以深化研發成果管理人員對相關規範之掌握，促進成果管理運用作業之合規與完備。

The "National Science Council (NSC) Workshop on the Regulations and Practices of R&D Achievement Utilization" aims to assist academic and research institutions in strengthening the management mechanisms and practical capabilities of NSC is R&D achievements. Focusing on "legal compliance procedures" and "practical cases," the workshop will analyze the regulatory framework, operating procedures, and common issues, combining case studies with exchange and discussion to deepen the understanding of relevant regulations among R&D achievement managers and promote the compliance and completeness of achievement management and utilization.
