一、本院為提昇臨床醫護水準，產學合作共同培育學生並提供適當的就業機會，鼓勵護理優秀學生畢業後從事臨床照顧服務，提供補助護理學生獎學金補助，敬請 貴校惠予公告並鼓勵推薦符合資格學生踴躍申請。
二、獎助對象：各大專院校護理系(大學或四技三及四年級) 、二技(一、二年級)及專科(四、五年級)之在學學生，延畢生、研究生及在職進修班學生不適用本辦法。

四、資格審核：符合獎助對象之學生需檢送申請書、申請前一年成績單(需正本)、獎助金申請推薦信，經學系(科)用印後送至台東馬偕人事組(台東市長沙街303巷1號)。
五、獎助金發放：申請學生經本院審核通過，並完成簽約後依本院作業期程，將獎助金匯入申請獎助學生之帳戶(須代扣稅額)。
六、隨函檢附護理學生獎助金辦法、獎助金申請書及獎助金合約書、獎助金申請推薦函各一份。

I. In order to enhance the standard of clinical healthcare, foster industry-academia collaboration to jointly train students and provide appropriate employment opportunities, and encourage outstanding nursing students to pursue careers in clinical care after graduation, our hospital is offering scholarship grants to nursing students. We kindly request that your institution publicize this information and encourage eligible students to apply.
II. Eligibility: Currently enrolled students in nursing programs at universities and colleges (undergraduate or four-year technical college programs, third and fourth years), two-year technical college programs (first and second years), and vocational colleges (fourth and fifth years). Students who have extended their studies, graduate students, and students in continuing education programs are not eligible under these guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria: Academic performance of 70 points or higher in the final academic year, clinical practicum scores of 75 points or higher, and conduct scores of 75 points or higher. IV. Award Details: Applicants for a one-academic-year award will receive NT$120,000 and are required to serve as full-time, dedicated staff at this hospital for one year; applicants for a two-academic-year award will receive NT$240,000 and are required to serve as full-time, dedicated staff at this hospital for two years.
IV. Eligibility Review: Students who meet the eligibility criteria must submit an application form, a transcript from the year prior to application (original copy required), and a recommendation letter for the scholarship. These documents must be stamped by the student is department (or program) and submitted to the Human Resources Office of Taitung Mackay Memorial Hospital (No. 1, Lane 303, Changsha Street, Taitung City).
V. Grant Disbursement: Upon approval by the Hospital and completion of the contract signing, the grant will be transferred to the applicant is bank account in accordance with the Hospital is operational schedule (subject to withholding tax).
VI. Enclosed with this letter are one copy each of the Nursing Student Grant Regulations, the Grant Application Form, the Grant Contract, and the Grant Recommendation Letter.
