「2026年中信盃第14屆黑豹旗全國高中棒球大賽」活動
一、依據中華民國棒球協會115年7月28日中棒協諒字第1150000893號函辦理。
二、旨揭賽事訂於115年10月25日起至11月29日止，假新北市新莊、三重、大都會、中山、重新、臺中市舊正、櫻花、臺南市南英、嘉南藥理大學、亞太國際棒球訓練中心成棒副、高雄市立德棒球場舉行。
三、報名日期自115年9月1日00時01分起至9月14日23時59分截止（報名系統將自動關閉，不再受理報名登錄）。
四、採線上報名（http:／／www.ctba.org.tw/register_team.php/，進入盃賽報名登錄系統辦理註冊，初次報名專用密碼：2026BLACK），輸入完成之報名表件，經確認無誤後，列印出下列表件，加蓋學校關防及相關人員職章，於115年9月16日下午5時前，以掛號郵寄或親送主辦單位辦理報名，請務必繳交齊全，如有缺件，視同未完成報名程序。若郵寄之報名表件與網際網路報名資料不符時，以網際網路報名資料為準。球員一經報名後，不得更換或遞補名單及球衣號碼。
五、教練會議訂於115年10月4日上午10時整（地點另由主辦單位公告）。教練會議時間如無變更，則不另行通知。各隊未派代表出席者，對會中之決議事項不得有異議。
六、賽前記者會訂於115年10月4日下午2時整（地點另由主辦單位公告）。每隊務必遴派1名教練及1名球員著比賽球衣參加，會後並將進行抽籤排定賽程。
七、檢附競賽規程、線上報名作業說明、檢核信封表、肖像使用權同意書、蒐集個人資料告知聲明暨同意書、旅行平安保險投保同意書及投保名冊各1份供參，相關問題請逕洽中華民國棒球協會陳致賢先生，電話：02-2793-1828分機108。
**Announcement: 2026 CTBC Cup 14th Black Bear Flag National High School Baseball Tournament**
**I. Basis for Implementation**
This announcement is made in accordance with the letter dated July 28, 2026, from the Baseball Association of the Republic of China (函中棒協諒字第1150000893號).
**II. Tournament Schedule and Venue**
The aforementioned tournament is scheduled to take place from October 25 to November 29, 2026, at the following venues:
- Xinzhuang, Sanchong, Metropolis, Zhongshan, and Xinchong Stadiums in New Taipei City
- Jiu Zheng and Cherry Stadiums in Taichung City
- Nanying Stadium in Tainan City
- National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology
- Asia-Pacific Baseball Training Center (Senior Division)
- Kaohsiung Municipal Lide Baseball Stadium
**III. Registration Period**
The registration period will commence at 00:01 on September 1, 2026, and conclude at 23:59 on September 14, 2026. The online registration system will automatically close after this deadline and will no longer accept registration submissions.
**IV. Registration Method**
Registration must be completed online via the following link:

Please access the Cup Registration System and use the initial password: **2026BLACK**.
After completing the online registration, please print the following documents, affix the school is official seal and the relevant personnel is seals, and submit them to the organizing committee by 5:00 PM on September 16, 2026, either by registered mail or in person. All required documents must be submitted in full; incomplete submissions will be considered as not having completed the registration process.
In the event of discrepancies between the mailed documents and the online registration data, the online registration data will prevail.
Once registered, players may not be replaced or substituted, and jersey numbers may not be changed.
**V. Coaches i Meeting**
The coaches i meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM on October 4, 2026 (the venue will be announced separately by the organizing committee).
If the meeting time remains unchanged, no further notifications will be issued.
Teams that do not send a representative to the meeting will not be entitled to raise any objections to the decisions made during the meeting.
**VI. Pre-Tournament Press Conference**
The pre-tournament press conference is scheduled for 2:00 PM on October 4, 2026 (the venue will be announced separately by the organizing committee).
Each team must designate one coach and one player, both wearing their official tournament uniforms, to attend the conference.
Following the conference, the draw for the tournament schedule will be conducted.
