一、因應2030雙語國家政策，本校以卓越的教研能量，全力推進雙語教育，加強學生英語聽說讀寫能力，以達到CEFR B2以上等級為目標，共同培育下一世代的雙語人才。
二、本校推廣教育外國語文教學中心開設全方位英語培訓專班及多國語言訓練班如下：
(一)國外留學與簽證移民證照：「千里馬托福班」、「IELTS國際英檢班」、「托福雅思前哨站班」。
(二)商務英語證照：「全方位多益必勝班」。
(三)英語初級、中級、中高級全英語主題式會話：「英語進修班」。
(四)其他語文研習班（日、韓、德、西、法、越）。
(五)商用英文口說培訓班。
(六)英文檢定寫作加強班。

**I. In response to the 2030 Bilingual Nation Policy, the university is leveraging its outstanding teaching and research capabilities to fully advance bilingual education. The goal is to enhance students' English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to achieve a CEFR B2 level or higher, thereby jointly cultivating the next generation of bilingual talents.**
**II. The Center for Foreign Language Teaching at the Continuing Education Division of the university offers comprehensive English training programs and multilingual courses as follows:**
(1) English certification for overseas study, visas, and immigration: "千里馬托福班" (Thousand-Mile Horse TOEFL Class), "IELTS International English Certification Class," and "TOEFL/IELTS Preparatory Class."
(2) Business English certification: "Comprehensive TOEIC Success Class."
(3) Beginner, intermediate, and advanced English conversation classes: "English Improvement Class."
(4) Other language study classes (Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, French, Vietnamese).
(5) Business English speaking training class.
(6) English proficiency writing enhancement class.
