一、為建立原住民族青年政策溝通平台，透過議題雙向溝通，深化青年公共事務參與，特辦理旨揭座談會。
二、活動報名資訊如下：
(一)報名期限：即日起至115年8月21日（五）下午5時止。
(二)參與對象：18歲至40歲具原住民族身分者，限額50名，額滿為止。
(三)報名方式：採線上報名，報名網址：https://www.surveycake.com/s/mWA7B。
三、為便利團體參與，團體報名達15人以上者，本局提供免費接駁車服務（限指定單一地點接送）。有意申請者，請於上述報名連結完成報名並提供共同聯絡人資料，後續由本局承辦窗口主動聯繫辦理接駁相關事宜。

To establish a platform for communication on indigenous youth policies and to deepen their engagement in public affairs through two-way dialogue on relevant issues, this symposium is organized.
**Registration Information:**
1. **Registration Deadline:** From today until 5:00 PM on August 21, 2026 (Friday).
2. **Eligible Participants:** Individuals aged 18 to 40 who identify as indigenous, with a maximum of 50 participants. Registration will be closed once the quota is reached.
3. **Registration Method:** Online registration only. Registration link: https://www.surveycake.com/s/mWA7B.
To facilitate group participation, free shuttle services will be provided for groups registering 15 or more members (limited to a single designated location). Interested groups should complete the registration via the aforementioned link and provide the contact details of a group representative. The bureau's contact person will then reach out to arrange the shuttle service.
