國立彰化師範大學 - 辦理「115年人體研究計畫諮詢取得原住民族同意推動計畫」教育訓練課程，敬請轉知所屬教研同仁踴躍報名參加，請查照。
說明：
一、原民會「人體研究計畫諮詢取得原住民族同意與約定商業利益及其應用辦法」自106年推行以來，希望透過落實教育訓練課程，協助原住民族檢視相關研究之文化風險、利益回饋機制，以保障研究對象之權益。
二、課程日期為115年07月30日(星期三)上午8：30至16：50，課程資訊如附件，出席人員將同時核發原住民族研究倫理(CRB)訓練證明及研究倫理(IRB)訓練證明。

**National Changhua University of Education - Announcement Regarding the "Education and Training Program for the Implementation of the 115th Human Research Consultation and Consent for Indigenous Peoples"**
Please kindly circulate this announcement to all relevant faculty and staff members and encourage them to register for the upcoming educational training program.
**Explanation:**
1. Since its implementation in 106, the "Regulations on Consultation and Consent for Human Research Involving Indigenous Peoples and the Agreement on Commercial Benefits and Their Application" by the Council of Indigenous Peoples have aimed to safeguard the rights of research subjects by providing educational training courses. These courses assist indigenous peoples in assessing cultural risks and mechanisms for benefit-sharing associated with relevant research.
2. The training program will be held on July 30, 115 (Wednesday), from 8:30 AM to 4:50 PM. Detailed course information is provided in the attached document. Participants will receive both the Indigenous Peoples Research Ethics (CRB) Training Certificate and the Research Ethics (IRB) Training Certificate.
