各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為維護本校宿舍環境清潔，確保住宿生健康安全，本校將於暑期期間進行宿舍內外全面消毒作業。本次消毒作業旨在有效預防病媒蚊孳生及傳染病的發生，提供安全、衛生的住宿環境。
本次消毒作業將依各校區分別進行，相關資訊如下：
1. 中央校區宿舍：115年8月3日（星期一）
2. 介仁校區宿舍：115年8月4日（星期二）
3. 建國校區宿舍：115年8月5日（星期三）
消毒作業將於每日上午八點至下午五點半進行，請住宿生於此期間勿在寢室內逗留。此外，請住宿生於消毒前將個人物品收納至衣櫃或裝箱置於床板上，以利消毒作業順利進行。若住宿生無法配合本次消毒作業，將取消其暑期留宿資格。
敬請住宿生務必配合上述安排，並提前做好相關準備。如有任何疑問，請洽宿舍輔導組。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To maintain the cleanliness of our dormitory environment and ensure the health and safety of residents, the university will conduct comprehensive disinfection operations at all dormitories during the summer vacation. This initiative aims to effectively prevent the breeding of disease-carrying mosquitoes and the occurrence of infectious diseases, thereby providing a safe and hygienic living environment.
The disinfection operations will be carried out separately at each campus, as follows:
1. Central Campus Dormitories: August 3, 2026 (Monday)
2. Jieren Campus Dormitories: August 4, 2026 (Tuesday)
3. Jianguo Campus Dormitories: August 5, 2026 (Wednesday)
Disinfection will take place from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily. Residents are kindly requested to refrain from staying in their dorm rooms during this period. Additionally, please ensure that all personal belongings are stored in wardrobes or packed and placed on bed frames prior to the disinfection to facilitate the process. Failure to comply with the disinfection schedule will result in the cancellation of summer residence privileges.
We sincerely request all residents to cooperate with the above arrangements and prepare accordingly in advance. For any inquiries, please contact the Dormitory Counseling Office.
