　主　　旨　 衛生福利部訂定「違反傳染病防治法第三十四條第二項規定所為之輸出入感染性生物材料案件裁罰基準」，請查照。The Ministry of Health and Welfare establishes the "Penalty Standards for Import and Export of Infectious Biological Materials in Violation of Paragraph 2, Article 34 of the Infectious Disease Control Act.
　內　　容　
一、衛生福利部訂定「違反傳染病防治法第三十四條第二項規定所為之輸出入感染性生物材料案件裁罰基準」旨揭裁罰基準業於115年6月25日以衛授疾字第1150500161號令訂定發布。
二、另檢附衛生福利部115年7月23日裁罰基準第一點勘誤表。
**Announcement**

The Ministry of Health and Welfare has established the "Penalty Standards for Import and Export of Infectious Biological Materials in Violation of Article 34, Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Disease Control Act." These penalty standards were officially promulgated on June 25, 2026, under the order number 卫授疾字第1150500161.

Additionally, please find attached the correction sheet for the first point of the penalty standards issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare on July 23, 2026.
