因應颱風可能影響花蓮地區，為兼顧教學及師生安全，暑修課程應變措施如下：
一、若花蓮縣未宣布停班停課，暑修課程原則上照常進行；惟授課教師得視實際天候、交通狀況及師生安全，彈性調整課程或另行安排補課，並請提前通知修課學生。
二、若花蓮縣宣布停班停課，暑修課程依規定停課。
請全體師生持續留意中央氣象署、花蓮縣政府及學校最新公告，並隨時注意天候變化，做好防颱準備，確保自身安全。
To all faculty and students:
In response to the potential impact of a typhoon on the Hualien area, the following contingency measures for summer session courses have been implemented to ensure both academic continuity and the safety of all members of the university community:
1. If Hualien County does not announce a suspension of work and classes, summer session courses will generally proceed as scheduled. However, instructors may, at their discretion, adjust course schedules or arrange make-up classes based on actual weather conditions, transportation status, and the safety of students and staff. Instructors are requested to notify enrolled students in advance of any such changes.
2. If Hualien County announces a suspension of work and classes, summer session courses will be suspended in accordance with the regulations.
All faculty and students are advised to continue monitoring the latest announcements from the Central Weather Administration, Hualien County Government, and the university. Please remain vigilant regarding weather changes and take appropriate typhoon precautions to ensure your safety.
