一、 因宿舍尚有空床且數量有限，目前仍有同學有住宿需求，請依以下事項辦理，並依順序補床位。
1. 開放時間：2026年7月6日上午10時至7月10日下午16時
2. 公告申請結果時間：2026年7月17日（e-mail通知申請者有補到床位），入住時間：2026年9月6日中午12時後（床位現場確認）。
3. 床位由宿舍輔導組安排，安排後不得任意更換，無法配合者將取消申請。
4. 逾時申請者將不再受理。
二、 申請資格：
1. 慈濟大學全體符合住宿資格學生。
2. 凡有下列情形且未經學生事務會議資格審核通過者，皆不具有申請資格：
(1) 住宿扣點累積已達60點且尚未完成銷案者。
(2) 因違反宿舍相關規定申誡處分三次以上者。
(3) 宿舍寢室內務訪視連續三次評定不良者。
(4) 經「慈濟大學住宿學生獎懲實施細則」規定勒令退宿者。
(5) 欠繳住宿費者(專案申請通過不在此限)。
三、 申請方式以「慈濟大學學生資訊系統」登錄 → 處理事項 → 報名 → 查詢「115上三校區學生宿舍開放補床位申請三校區學生宿舍」（如附件申請方式）

**Announcement Regarding the Supplemental Dormitory Bed Assignment**
Due to the limited availability of vacant beds in the dormitory, and considering that there are still students in need of accommodation, please follow the procedures outlined below for supplemental bed assignment, which will be allocated in sequence.
1. **Application Period:**
- Opening Time: 10:00 AM on July 6, 2026 to 4:00 PM on July 10, 2026
2. **Notification of Application Results:**
- Results will be announced on July 17, 2026, via email to applicants who have been assigned a bed.
- Check-in will commence after 12:00 PM on September 6, 2026, with on-site bed confirmation.
3. **Bed Assignment:**
- Beds will be assigned by the Dormitory Guidance Section. Once assigned, beds cannot be changed at will. Failure to comply with the assigned bed will result in the cancellation of the application.
4. **Late Applications:**
- Applications submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.
**Eligibility for Application:**
1. All students at Tzu Chi University who meet the dormitory accommodation criteria are eligible to apply.
2. Students who fall under any of the following circumstances and have not been approved by the Student Affairs Committee will not be eligible for application:
- (1) Accumulated 60 dormitory penalty points and have not yet completed the required resolution process.
- (2) Received three or more reprimands for violating dormitory regulations.
- (3) Received an unsatisfactory rating in dormitory cleanliness inspections for three consecutive times.
- (4) Been expelled from the dormitory as per the "Tzu Chi University Dormitory Student Reward and Punishment Implementation Details."
- (5) Have outstanding dormitory fees (except for those approved through special application).
**Application Procedure:**
Applications must be submitted through the "Tzu Chi University Student Information System" under the following path:
- Login → Matters to be Handled → Registration → Search for "Supplemental Dormitory Bed Application for the Three Campuses in the 115 Academic Year."
