**Announcement**

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) are jointly inviting applications for the 2027-2028 Bilateral Personnel Exchange Program. Applications will be accepted starting from June 15, 2026. Please take note and disseminate this information accordingly.
