【慈濟經驗專題演講】
講題：慈濟發展的前景與挑戰

經歷：1999至2021年間多次參與慈濟基金會國際及台灣重大災難之慈善人道救援工作，包括:1999年北朝鮮糧荒危機之人道援助計劃；2001年印度古茶拉底省地震災後援助大愛村計劃；2002年印尼紅溪河水患五管齊下援助專案；2003年伊朗巴姆地震災後之緊急醫療與物資援助、中期大米發放、長期援建五所學校；2004年協助印尼、斯里蘭卡、泰國、馬來西亞等海嘯災區所需之賑災人力、救援物資、運輸調度、賑災進度等事宜；2008年大陸四川地震援助工作、冬令發放等慈善項目；2013年菲律賓海燕風災人道援助行動之賑災協調工作，協助有關急難物資調度、人力動員、中長期援助等各項援助計劃等；2016年台灣台南大地震、2017年台東尼伯特風災、2018年0206花蓮地震賑災之行政協調與實際參與賑災工作せ2019年台灣防災教育推展、2020年全球新冠肺炎之防疫紓困人道援助行動、2020年台灣「安穩家園、美善社區」專案、2020年慈濟環保三十年專案、20210402太魯閣火車出軌事件救關懷及人道援助等。2021年共同參與<慈濟學系列慈善志業專書>之責任編輯與專篇撰寫。

Experience:
From 1999 to 2021, Wang Yun-Ching participated extensively in both international and domestic humanitarian relief missions organized by the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation. His major involvements include: humanitarian aid for the North Korean famine crisis in 1999; post-earthquake reconstruction and Da Ai Village projects following the 2001 Gujarat earthquake in India; the 2002 integrated flood relief project for the Red Creek River floods in Indonesia; emergency medical and material assistance, mid-term rice distribution, and long-term reconstruction of five schools after the 2003 Bam earthquake in Iran; coordination of relief personnel, supplies, transportation, and disaster relief progress for tsunami-affected areas in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Malaysia after the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami; relief operations and winter aid distribution following the 2008 Sichuan earthquake in China; humanitarian relief coordination for Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines in 2013, including emergency supply allocation, volunteer mobilization, and mid- to long-term recovery projects; administrative coordination and direct participation in disaster relief efforts for the 2016 Tainan earthquake, the 2017 Typhoon Nepartak disaster in Taitung, and the 2018 Hualien earthquake in Taiwan; promotion of disaster prevention education in Taiwan in 2019; global COVID-19 humanitarian relief and recovery efforts in 2020; Taiwan is “Safe Homes and Harmonious Communities” project in 2020; the “Thirty Years of Tzu Chi Environmental Protection” project in 2020; and humanitarian care and assistance during the 2021 Taroko train derailment incident. In 2021, he also served as co-editor and contributing author for the Tzu Chi Studies Series: Charity Mission Volume. |
