在大學課堂中，除了知識傳授，如何建立更有溫度、更具支持性的學習環境，也成為教育現場的重要課題。本次講座將以「社會情緒學習（SEL）」為主題，透過實際教學案例與經驗分享，帶領教師認識如何在課堂中融入情緒覺察、人際互動與自我管理等元素，提升學生學習參與感與課堂互動氛圍。
活動亦希望促進教師彼此交流與教學反思，從一句回應、一個提問、一份關心等「小行動」開始，逐步打造更具關懷與支持性的學習環境，進而提升整體教學品質。

**Announcement**
In university classrooms, beyond the mere transmission of knowledge, fostering a warmer and more supportive learning environment has become an important focus in education. This lecture will center on the theme of "Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)," utilizing practical teaching cases and experience sharing to guide educators in integrating elements such as emotional awareness, interpersonal interaction, and self-management into their classrooms. This approach aims to enhance students' engagement and create a more interactive classroom atmosphere.
The event also seeks to promote communication and reflection among teachers, encouraging them to start with small actions such as a thoughtful response, a meaningful question, or a gesture of care. By gradually building a more caring and supportive learning environment, we aim to improve the overall quality of teaching.
