1.依據：本校組織規程23條及校務會議代表選舉辦法之規定選舉校務會議教師與職員代表。
2.投票方式：
●請至校務行政系統→人資處→投票系統→選舉115~116學年校務會議教師(分職級)、職員代表
3.投票截止日期：115年8月28日。

**1. Basis for Election:**
The election of faculty and staff representatives for the University Council Meeting is conducted in accordance with Article 23 of the University is Organizational Regulations and the Election Rules for Representatives of the University Council Meeting.
**2. Voting Procedure:**
● Please proceed to the University Administrative System → Human Resources Division → Voting System → Election of Faculty (by Position Level) and Staff Representatives for the 115th–116th University Council Meeting.
**3. Deadline for Voting:**
The voting period will close on August 28, 115.
