一、依農業部動植物防疫檢疫署（以下簡稱防檢署）本（115）年8月7日防檢一字第1151862957號函（如附件）辦理。
二、防檢署表示，為響應全球控制狂犬病聯盟於2007年發起9月28日「世界狂犬病日（World Rabies Day）」，該署以「同心守護 終結狂犬病（Stronger Together）」為「2026世界狂犬病日」核心主題，期透過中央與地方協力，提升全民狂犬病防疫意識，落實犬貓及人工飼養食肉目動物定期狂犬病疫苗預防注射。
三、請各校協助於本年9月份配合世界狂犬病日，廣為運用旨揭宣導素材，運用多元管道（如校內網站、電子看板、公布欄、班級宣導或全校性活動等），加強宣導狂犬病防疫知識。宣導重點如下：防範狂犬病謹記「二不一要」（一）不棄養家中寵物。（二）不接觸、捕捉及飼養野生動物。（三）要每年帶犬、貓及人工飼養之食肉目動物施打狂犬病疫苗。
四、旨揭宣導素材之電子檔案，已置於防檢署全球資訊網「狂犬病專區/宣導資料/文宣海報」項下，請逕行下載使用。
五、請教育部國民及學前教育署轉知高級中等以下學校配合辦理。
I. This notice is issued in accordance with the letter No. 1151862957, dated August 7, 2026, from the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Bureau, Ministry of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the Bureau), as attached.
II. The Bureau states that in response to the World Rabies Day, initiated by the Global Alliance for Rabies Control on September 28, 2007, the theme for the 2026 World Rabies Day is "Stronger Together" ("同心守護 終結狂犬病"). The Bureau aims to enhance public awareness of rabies prevention through collaboration between central and local authorities, and to ensure regular rabies vaccinations for dogs, cats, and artificially raised carnivorous animals.
III. Please assist in promoting rabies prevention knowledge during September of this year, in line with World Rabies Day. Utilize the provided promotional materials through various channels (such as the university website, electronic displays, bulletin boards, class announcements, or university-wide activities) to strengthen awareness. The key points of the promotion are as follows:
1. Do not abandon household pets.
2. Do not contact, capture, or keep wild animals.
3. Ensure that dogs, cats, and artificially raised carnivorous animals receive annual rabies vaccinations.
IV. The electronic files of the aforementioned promotional materials are available on the Bureau's global information website under the section "Rabies Zone / Promotional Materials / Rabies Awareness Posters." Please download and use them directly.
V. Please advise the National Education and Early Childhood Education Bureau of the Ministry of Education to disseminate this notice to all senior high schools and schools below the senior high level for their cooperation. |
