※承辦人員辦公室於建國校區，中央校區、介仁校區，可繳至各校區生輔組，再轉送至建國校區承辦。
★就學貸款申請時程與注意事項：
※校外賃居者如需貸住宿費，最高可貸金額為12,300元(8,200元的1.5倍)，並請務必提供租
賃合約(需有學生名字租賃合約影本)。
※書籍費最高可貸金額為5,000元。
※申請之書籍費及校外賃居費，將由臺灣銀行撥款至學校帳戶後，再統一撥入學生帳戶(約
每月10日或25日)，約至學期末才會入帳，請同學留意。
※申請之生活費，將同學繳齊就學貸款第二聯，上傳至教育部系統後，再統一申請撥入學生
帳戶(分兩次撥款)，約開學2個月內才會入帳，請同學留意。
(1) 申請開放時程: 請同學留意，須待出納組開立註冊繳費單後，始可進行學生資訊系統內
「就學貸款」申請填寫作業。
(2) 對保期限：115年08月03日(一)至115年08月28日(五)前辦理完成，超過時間者，一律
不受理。
1.線上就學貸款的同學：115年08月26日(三)前辦理完成。
請先至學生資訊系統完成「就學貸款」申請。承辦人員將於上班日 16:00 統一轉
資料給銀行，約一小時後 才可至臺灣銀行進行線上貸款，請注意時程安排。
2.臨櫃對保的同學：115年08月28日(五)前辦理完成。
請於臨櫃對保「前」或「後」至學生資訊系統完成就學貸款申請，以利相關作業順
利進行。
(3) 學校存執聯(第二聯繳件期限)： 115年08月26日下午17:00截止(請務必申請人親自簽名
後繳回或寄回給承辦人)
※就學貸款第二聯繳交方式：請親自將正本繳交至建國校區學務處生活輔導組或郵寄至
97005花蓮市建國路二段880號(信件註明:就學貸款-系所、學號、姓名)。
※若有差額:待以上程序皆完成，幾個工作日後重新查詢繳費單是否更新，重新列印繳費。
若無差額:需繳交，則算完成註冊程序。

To safeguard your rights, please carefully review the following information and complete the application process on time to avoid any delays that may affect your benefits. Thank you for your cooperation.
The responsible office is located at the Jianguo Campus. Students at the Zhongyang and Jieren Campuses may submit their applications to the respective Student Affairs Offices at their campuses, which will then forward them to the Jianguo Campus for processing.
**Loan Application Schedule and Important Notes:**
- **For students renting accommodation off-campus:** The maximum loan amount for accommodation fees is NT$12,300 (1.5 times the standard amount of NT$8,200). Please ensure you provide a copy of your rental contract with your name clearly stated.
- **For textbook fees:** The maximum loan amount is NT$5,000.
- **Textbook and accommodation fees:** After the Taiwan Bank transfers the funds to the university account, they will be uniformly distributed to your student account (approximately on the 10th or 25th of each month). Payments will be credited up to the end of the semester, so please keep this in mind.
- **Living expenses:** Once you have submitted the second copy of the loan application and uploaded it to the Ministry of Education system, the funds will be uniformly transferred to your student account (in two installments). Payments will be credited within two months of the semester start, so please keep this in mind.
**(1) Application Opening Schedule:**
Please note that you must wait until the cashier is office issues the registration payment slip before you can proceed with the "Loan Application" in the Student Information System.
**(2) Guarantee Period:**
The guarantee period is from August 3, 2023 (Wednesday) to August 28, 2023 (Monday). Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- **For students applying for online loans:** Complete the application by August 26, 2023 (Saturday).
- First, complete the "Loan Application" in the Student Information System.
- The responsible staff will uniformly transfer the data to the bank by 16:00 on working days. After approximately one hour, you can proceed with the online loan application at the Taiwan Bank. Please note the schedule accordingly.
- **For students applying in person:** Complete the application by August 28, 2023 (Monday).
- Please complete the "Loan Application" in the Student Information System either before or after your in-person guarantee to ensure smooth processing.
**(3) Deadline for Submitting the Second Copy to the University:**
The deadline for submitting the second copy is August 26, 2023, at 17:00. Please ensure the applicant signs the document before submitting or mailing it to the responsible staff.
- **Submission Method for the Second Copy of the Loan Application:**
- Please submit the original document in person to the Student Affairs Office, Life Guidance Section, at the Jianguo Campus, or mail it to the following address: No. 880, Sec. 2, Jianguo Rd., Hualien City, Taiwan 97005. Please clearly mark the envelope as "Loan Application - Department, Student ID, Name."
- **If there is a balance remaining:** After completing the above procedures, check if the payment slip has been updated after a few working days and reprint it if necessary.
- **If there is no balance remaining:** If payment is required, it will be considered as completed registration.
