事由：
1.骨幹交換器設備重啟。
2.100G/400G線路移轉作業。
預估影響時間：
起：2026-08-19 09:00:00~迄：2026-08-19 17:00:00
影響範圍：IPv4/IPv6連網服務：
東華大學、慈濟大學、慈濟基金會、TWAREN量測主機。
VPLS服務：衛服部慈濟分中心、海洋中心、ASOC。
SSL-VPN:東華大學、慈濟大學。
補充說明：09:00-09:40設備重啟作業，因非同時重啟且有備援路由，正常情況下不致影響服務，但仍可能因路由收歛、封包繞徑等狀況導致不定期的服務延遲或瞬斷、中斷現象。
上述連線單位於改接時將中斷10-20分鐘。
施工期間VPLS服務因接入方式，無備援者會有10-20分鐘中斷時間。

**Supplementary Information:**
During the period of 09:00-09:40, the equipment restart operation will be conducted. As the restart will not occur simultaneously and redundant routing is in place, service disruptions are unlikely under normal circumstances. However, intermittent delays or brief outages may occur due to routing convergence or packet rerouting.
The aforementioned connected units will experience a 10-20 minute interruption during the line migration process.
