**Application Documents:** Please ensure that only the documents required by the application guidelines are submitted. Do not provide any additional certificates or proofs that are not specified. This will help conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction.
**Ineligible Applicants:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible applicants will be rejected.
