一、自115年8月1日起，在校學生115年8月1日以前簽署的契約書僅適用於校務行政工讀，不再適用計畫類工讀，請重新簽署＂慈濟大學專案計畫勞僱型學生兼任助理契動約書＂一式三份，若有申自願提撥者，請填寫一張自願提撥申請表一份，並上系統完成申請。
二、簽署完畢由計畫主持人統一送印，送印完畢需送繳一份正本(含自願提撥申請表)送繳至建國校區指組湯定榮同仁處，以利登錄系統及備查。
三、相關申請流程及說明，請至慈濟大學工讀專詳閱。

**Official Announcement: Guidelines for the Renewal of Student Assistant Contracts at Tzu Chi University**
**1. Contract Renewal and Applicability**
Starting from August 1, 2026, all student assistant contracts signed prior to August 1, 2026, will only be valid for administrative work-study positions within the university. These contracts will no longer apply to project-based work-study roles. Therefore, students must re-sign the "Tzu Chi University Project-Based Student Assistant Employment Contract" in triplicate. If a student wishes to voluntarily contribute to the university is welfare fund, they must also complete and submit a "Voluntary Contribution Application Form." The application process must be finalized through the university is online system.
**2. Submission of Contracts**
Upon completion of the contract signing, the project supervisor is responsible for consolidating and submitting the documents for official stamping. After stamping, one original copy of the contract (including the voluntary contribution application form, if applicable) must be sent to Mr. Tang Ding-Rong at the Academic Affairs Division, Jianguo Campus, for system registration and record-keeping purposes.
