一、依本校115年6月2日師大工教字第1151015149號函續辦。
二、為協助各級學校教師瞭解2026-2027年度（第十五屆）專業英（日）文(ESP)詞彙與聽寫說能力大賽之競賽內容、專業英文口說測驗（Speaking Tests）新增項目、雙語教學應用及數位學習資源操作方式，並因應教師報名踴躍，特加開教師增能研習場次。
三、本年度大賽持續配合行政院推動2030雙語政策、教育部高教深耕計畫、大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫(BEST)及十二年國民基本教育課程綱要，以賽促學、以賽促用，提升學生英（日）語文及專業領域應用能力。
四、本年度競賽採校內賽、區決賽及全國總決賽三級制辦理：
(一)校內賽：115年9月1日起開放各校（系科）申請辦理。
(二)區域賽：
1、東區：115年11月14日（星期六）－國立宜蘭大學。
2、中區：115年11月21日（星期六）－中臺科技大學。
3、北一區：115年12月5日（星期六）－東南科技大學。
4、北二區：115年12月12日（星期六）－健行科技大學。
5、南區：115年12月19日（星期六）－正修科技大學。
(三)全國總決賽預定於116年1月26日（星期二）辦理，相關資訊將另行公告於活動網站。
五、教師增能研習採Google Meet線上方式辦理，敬請鼓勵英語文教師、日語教師、雙語教師、專業科目教師、競賽指導教師、各教學發展中心及相關行政人員踴躍參加。
六、本次新增教師增能研習場次如下：
(一)115年8月27日（星期四）下午1時30分至3時30分（研習代碼：5674231）。
(二)115年9月8日（星期二）下午1時30分至4時30分（研習代碼：5674233），辦理監評培訓及檢測。

**Announcement: Additional Teacher Professional Development Sessions for the 2026-2027 (15th Session) ESP Vocabulary and Listening-Speaking Skills Competition**
I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the official letter from this university, No. 1151015149, dated June 2, 2026.
II. To assist teachers from various schools in understanding the competition content for the 2026-2027 (15th Session) ESP Vocabulary and Listening-Speaking Skills Competition, including the new items in the English Speaking Tests, bilingual teaching applications, and the operation of digital learning resources, and in response to the enthusiastic participation of teachers, additional professional development sessions have been arranged.
III. This year is competition continues to align with the Executive Yuan is 2030 Bilingual Policy, the Ministry of Education is Higher Education Deepening Plan, the Bilingual Learning Plan for College and University Students (BEST), and the National Curriculum Guidelines for 12-Year Basic Education. The competition aims to promote learning and practical application through contests, thereby enhancing students i English (Japanese) language and professional domain application skills.
IV. The competition this year will be conducted in three stages: the Intra-school Preliminary, the Regional Finals, and the National Grand Final:
(1) **Intra-school Preliminary:** Starting from September 1, 2026, schools and departments may apply to host the preliminary round.
(2) **Regional Finals:**
1. East Region: Saturday, November 14, 2026 – National Ilan University.
2. Central Region: Saturday, November 21, 2026 – Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology.
3. North Region I: Saturday, December 5, 2026 – Southeastern University of Technology.
4. North Region II: Saturday, December 12, 2026 – Jianxing University of Technology.
5. South Region: Saturday, December 19, 2026 – Cheng Shiu University of Science and Technology.
(3) **National Grand Final:** Scheduled for Tuesday, January 26, 2027. Further details will be announced on the official event website.
V. The teacher professional development sessions will be conducted online via Google Meet. We kindly encourage English teachers, Japanese teachers, bilingual teachers, teachers of professional subjects, competition mentors, staff from teaching development centers, and relevant administrative personnel to participate enthusiastically.
VI. The newly added teacher professional development sessions are as follows:
(1) **Session 1:** Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM (Session Code: 5674231).
(2) **Session 2:** Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM (Session Code: 5674233), including monitoring and evaluation training and assessment.
