國家科學及技術委員會 - 與法國國家研究總署(ANR)共同徵求2028年雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫，第一階段徵件由ANR受理至2026年10月13日截止(以ANR官網公告為準)
說明：本計畫採兩階段申請作業
(一)第一階段僅由ANR受理，法方計畫主持人須至ANR線上系統登記，登記資料包含臺法雙方計畫主持人履歷，此部分請臺方計畫主持人自行與法方合作人協調，並依ANR徵件公告辦理。
(二)第二階段由本會及ANR分別受理，本會將於接獲ANR提供通過第一階段之臺方計畫主持人名單後，另函通知臺方計畫主持人向本會研提完整計畫書。
本計畫徵件期程規劃：
(一)第一階段申請日期：2026年9月8日至10月13日下午5時(巴黎時間)。
(二)第二階段申請日期：預計2027年3月。
(三)審查結果公告日期：預計2027年10月。
(四)計畫執行日期：暫定計畫起執行日為2028年1月1日，執行期間為2至4年。
**Announcement**
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is jointly soliciting international collaborative research projects under the 2028 bilateral agreement with the French National Research Agency (ANR). The first phase of the application process will be handled by ANR, with submissions accepted until October 13, 2026 (subject to ANR is official announcement).
**Explanation:**
This program follows a two-phase application process:
1. **Phase One:** Applications will be accepted exclusively by ANR. The French principal investigator (PI) must register on the ANR online system, including the CVs of both the Taiwanese and French PIs. Taiwanese PIs are requested to coordinate with their French counterparts and comply with the ANR is application guidelines for this phase.
2. **Phase Two:** Applications will be accepted separately by the NSTC and ANR. After receiving the list of Taiwanese PIs who have successfully passed Phase One from ANR, the NSTC will notify these PIs to submit a complete research proposal to the NSTC.
**Application Timeline:**
1. **Phase One Application Period:** September 8, 2026, to 5:00 PM (Paris time) on October 13, 2026.
2. **Phase Two Application Period:** Expected to be March 2027.
3. **Announcement of Review Results:** Expected to be October 2027.
4. **Project Implementation Period:** The tentative start date for the project is January 1, 2028, with an implementation period of 2 to 4 years. |
