為鼓勵國內外大專院校、研究機構與學研團隊投入前瞻軟體技術研究，發掘具產業應用潛力、國際接軌能力與場域驗證價值之優秀團隊，促進學研創新成果由實驗室逐步走向產業應用與實體場域落地。
一、本屆競賽徵件主題：
(一)前瞻軟體技術類：有助於國家發展與台灣產業升級之賦能生活、健康樂活、韌性社會等前瞻軟體技術。
(二)前瞻智慧系統與可信應用類：量子運算與量子安全軟體、具身代理人與實體人工智慧(Physical AI)、可信任AI與AI評測治理、無人機信賴韌性與智慧載具軟體、光通訊與無人載具群集通訊韌性。歡迎研究者組隊參與。

To encourage domestic and international universities, research institutions, and academic research teams to engage in cutting-edge software technology research, to discover outstanding teams with industrial application potential, international synergy capabilities, and field validation value, and to promote the gradual transition of academic research innovations from the laboratory to industrial applications and real-world implementation.
I. Competition Themes:
(I) Cutting-Edge Software Technology: Cutting-edge software technologies that contribute to national development and Taiwan is industrial upgrading, such as those empowering daily life, healthy living, and resilient societies.
(II) Cutting-Edge Smart Systems and Trusted Applications: Quantum computing and quantum security software, embodied agents and physical AI, trustworthy AI and AI evaluation and governance, drone reliability and smart vehicle software, optical communication and unmanned vehicle swarm communication resilience.
