臺灣基督教門諾會醫療財團法人門諾醫院 - 本院謹訂於2026年07月11日(星期六)與台灣受試者保護協會共同舉辦舉辦「人體研究倫理講習班」與認證考試，敬請轉知所屬踴躍報名參加，請查照。
說明：
一、為加強全體同仁對於人體試驗暨研究倫理之認知，並能符合相關法令要求，本院謹訂於2026年07月11日(星期六)與台灣受試者保護協會共同舉辦舉辦「人體研究倫理講習班」。誠摯歡迎各界相關領域人員及其他有興趣人員一同參與。
二、全程參加活動者核發「課程訓練證明」6小時，會後進行認證考試，通過認證考試者另核發「考試及格證書」2小時。
三、本課程一律採網路報名，報名連結如附件。
四、名額限制：50人。
五、報名費用：
(一)門諾相關機構所屬員工及本會委員免費。
(二)國立東華大學所屬員工及學生，每人優惠為500元。
(三)非上述所屬員工及學生，每人酌收認證費、講義費1,000元。
六、報名截止日為2026年07月03日(五)，敬請於報名截止日前完成繳費後(轉帳或匯款擇一即可)，填寫線上報名表(附件連結)。
Mennonite Christian Hospital, Taiwan, in collaboration with the Taiwan Association for the Protection of Human Subjects, is pleased to announce the upcoming "Ethics Training Workshop for Human Research" and certification examination, scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026. We kindly request your assistance in informing all relevant personnel to actively participate. Please take note of the following details:
**Explanation:**
1. To enhance the understanding of all staff regarding the ethics of human trials and research, and to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, the hospital will jointly host the "Ethics Training Workshop for Human Research" with the Taiwan Association for the Protection of Human Subjects on July 11, 2026. We sincerely invite professionals from related fields and other interested individuals to join us.
2. Participants who attend the entire workshop will receive a "Training Certificate" for 6 hours. A certification examination will be conducted after the workshop, and those who pass will be awarded an additional "Examination Pass Certificate" for 2 hours.
3. Registration for this course will be conducted exclusively online. The registration link is provided in the attachment.
4. The workshop is limited to 50 participants.
5. Registration fees:
- Employees of Mennonite-related institutions and members of the association will receive the course free of charge.
- Employees and students of National Dong Hwa University will be eligible for a discounted fee of NT$500 per person.
- For all other participants, a certification and materials fee of NT$1,000 per person will be charged.
6. The registration deadline is Friday, July 3, 2026. Kindly complete the payment (either by bank transfer or remittance) and fill out the online registration form (see the attached link) before the deadline. |
