花蓮市中山路地下道將於5月29日起一連三天辦理牆面改善工程，採24小時連續施工，施工期間地下道全面封閉，東西向車流改行其他替代道路，預計至6月1日清晨分階段恢復通行。
**Notice Regarding the Improvement Works at Zhongshan Road Underpass in Hualien City**
The Hualien City Office has announced that improvement works on the walls of the Zhongshan Road Underpass will commence on May 29 and continue for three consecutive days. The construction will be carried out on a 24-hour basis. During this period, the underpass will be fully closed to traffic, and vehicles traveling east-west will be rerouted to alternative roads. It is expected that the underpass will be reopened to traffic in phases by early morning on June 1. |
