各位老師、同仁日安：
一、因應夏季高溫多雨，為避免病媒蚊蟲孳生與傳播，請全校教職員生共同配合環境清潔與防治措施。
二、校園各樓層陽台或走道如有種植花草植栽，請務必定期檢查並清除盆底積水，避免積水成為蚊蟲孳生來源。
三、請加強植栽整理與適度修剪，並將盆栽排放整齊，以維護校園整潔與安全。若該區域無人管理，於現場公告清理期限後由事務組當廢棄物清除。
四、請各單位落實環境巡檢，確實執行「巡、倒、清、刷」原則。

Announcement from the Office of General Affairs, Business Section
To all faculty members and staff:
1. In response to the high temperatures and frequent rainfall during the summer season, in order to prevent the breeding and spread of disease-carrying mosquitoes, we kindly request all faculty, staff, and students to cooperate in maintaining environmental cleanliness and implementing preventive measures.
2. If any flowerpots or plants are placed on balconies or corridors of campus buildings, please regularly inspect and remove any accumulated water at the bottom of the pots to prevent it from becoming a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
3. Please ensure that plant arrangements are well-maintained and trimmed appropriately, and that flowerpots are neatly arranged to preserve campus cleanliness and safety. If an area is unmanaged, after the posted deadline for cleanup, the Business Section will treat the items as waste and remove them accordingly.
4. Each unit is requested to conduct thorough environmental inspections and strictly adhere to the principles of "inspection, emptying, cleaning, and scrubbing."
