說明:
一、 經第 219 次 行政會議決議，依114年12月8日校長室會議共識，越界行駛改採派車系統完成陳核程序，不再另行上簽辦理。為符實際作業流程，爰修正相關文字。
二、 本案已經115年3月12日慈濟大學114學年度第2學期第1次法規諮詢小組會議審議通過。
**Notice of Amendment to Vehicle Dispatch Procedures**
**Explanation:**
1. In accordance with the consensus reached at the President is Office Meeting on December 8, 2025, and as resolved at the 219th Administrative Meeting, the process for cross-boundary vehicle dispatches will now be completed through the vehicle dispatch system, and will no longer require separate approval via signature. To align with the actual workflow, the relevant wording has been amended accordingly.
2. This matter has been reviewed and approved at the first meeting of the Regulation Consultation Committee for the second semester of the 114 academic year at Tzu Chi University on March 12, 2026.
