一、為推動教育部大學社會責任（USR）計畫「宜棲臺南-數位觀光導覽建置與濕地環境永續推廣」，崑山科技大學智慧生活管理學院辦理「2026全國旅遊明信片創作大賽-17雲嘉南漫旅印象」競賽，透過明信片圖文創作，引導學生認識雲嘉南地區之地方文化、自然景觀及永續發展等議題，並將環境教育與永續理念融入創作實踐。
二、競賽活動相關資訊如下：
(一)參賽對象：全國高中職及大專院校學生，分為「高中（職）組」及「大專組」。
(二)報名及收件截止日期：115年11月4日。
(三)得獎名單公告日期：115年11月18日。
(四)頒獎日期：115年12月4日。

1. To promote the University Social Responsibility (USR) project of the Ministry of Education, titled "Living in Tainan: Digital Tourism Guide Construction and Sustainable Promotion of Wetland Environments," the College of Smart Life Management at Kun Shan University is organizing the "2026 National Tourism Postcard Creation Competition: Impressions of Yun-Chia-Nan Wanderlust." Through the creative integration of text and imagery on postcards, this competition aims to guide students in exploring the local culture, natural landscapes, and sustainable development issues of the Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan regions, while integrating environmental education and sustainability concepts into creative practice.
2. The details of the competition are as follows:
(1) Eligibility: Students from high schools, vocational schools, and colleges/universities nationwide. Categories are divided into the "High School/Vocational School Category" and the "College/University Category."
(2) Registration and Submission Deadline: November 4, 2026.
(3) Announcement of Award Winners: November 18, 2026.
(4) Award Ceremony Date: December 4, 2026.
