一、依據教育部115年10月15日臺教學(二)字第1150105421號函轉法務部115年10月12日法保決字第11505511810號函辦理。
二、旨揭計畫實施期間為115年10月20日（星期二）至10月27日（星期二），請本校各單位配合實施計畫所定方向，協助推廣犯罪被害人預防與權益保障事項，強化對於「犯罪被害人權益保障法」意旨與規定之認知。宣導方式可採透過各類文宣、媒體辦理或實地舉辦各式活動或座談之方式。
三、相關影片、海報等宣導素材，請各單位自行於財團法人犯罪被害人保護協會網站（https://www.avs.org.tw/page/19019）「保護週專區」或粉絲專頁（https://www.facebook.com/avs0850）下載運用，並協助推廣分享。
四、另檢附「加強犯罪被害人保護方案」1份，請各單位自行參酌。

1. This initiative is implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Education official letter (No. 1150105421) dated October 15, 2026, and the Ministry of Justice official letter (No. 11505511810) dated October 12, 2026.
2.The implementation period for this program is from Tuesday, October 20, 2026, to Tuesday, October 27, 2026. All departments and units of the university are requested to cooperate with the objectives of this program by assisting in the promotion of crime victim prevention and the protection of their rights. The goal is to strengthen awareness regarding the intent and provisions of the Crime Victim Rights Protection Act.Promotional methods may include the use of various publicity materials, media outlets, or the organization of on-site activities and seminars.
3. For promotional materials such as videos and posters, all units are encouraged to download and utilize resources from the Protection Week section of the official website of the Association for Victim Support (https://www.avs.org.tw/page/19019) or their official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/avs0850), and to assist in their dissemination and sharing.
4. Additionally, one copy of the Enhanced Crime Victim Protection Plan is attached for the reference of all departments and units.
