| 主 旨 教育部訂於115年10月14日(星期三)及115年10月22日(星期四)辦理2場次海外人才經驗分享及鼓勵出國留遊學線上宣導說明會活動，請所屬師生踴躍參加。The Ministry of Education will host two online briefing sessions on overseas talent experience sharing and encouragement for studying abroad on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, and Thursday, October 22, 2026. Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to attend. |
內 容

一、為鼓勵國人出國留遊學，本部每年皆辦理多場次留遊學宣導活動，包含實體與線上方式，活動對象以青年學子為主。
二、為使各大專校院教師及國際處相關人員了解各項海外留學獎學金資訊及相關攬才措施，俾利輔導學生作為未來規劃留學之參考，本次本部辦理兩場次線上宣導說明會活動，活動資訊如下：
(一)時間：115年10月14日(星期三)11時至12時及115年10月22日(星期四)14時至15時。
(二)內容：教育部海外留學獎學金資源及其他國家獎學金介紹（本部國際司主講）、大專校院留才及攬才計畫介紹（本部高教司主講）。

To encourage citizens to study abroad, the Ministry of Education hosts multiple study-abroad briefing events every year through both in-person and online formats, primarily targeting young students.
To help faculty members and international affairs personnel at colleges and universities understand various overseas study scholarship opportunities and recruitment measures—thereby assisting them in guiding students to plan their future study abroad—the Ministry will conduct two online briefing sessions. The event details are as follows:
Date & Time:
Session 1: Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Session 2: Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Content:
Introduction to MOE study abroad scholarships and other national scholarships (presented by the Department of International and Cross-Strait Education).
Introduction to talent retention and recruitment programs for colleges and universities (presented by the Department of Higher Education).
