一、本會辦理「115年高齡健康處方設計師跨領域創新人才培訓計畫」系列活動，本次論壇將串聯政府、醫療、科技及健康照護產業資源，推動高齡健康處方從「需求」走向「行動」、從單一服務走向產業共創。活動詳情請見附件，相關資訊如下：
(一)主題：「科技鏈結高齡健康處方：從需求到產業共創」論壇
(二)日期：2026年10月31日(星期六)
(三)地點：新光吳火獅紀念醫院友誼大樓二樓國際會議中心（台北市士林區文昌路95號）
(四)學積分申請中，實際以核准結果為準：護理人員、長照人員、西醫師、社會工作師、公務人員（僅限當日現場出席者申請）。
(五)活動免費參加，報名至2026年10月23日（星期五）截止。

I. The Association is organizing a series of events under the "2026 Interdisciplinary Innovative Talent Training Program for Senior Health Prescription Designers." This forum aims to integrate resources from government, medical, technological, and healthcare industries to advance senior health prescriptions from "demand" to "action," and from individual services to industrial co-creation. Detailed information is provided in the attachment, with key highlights as follows:
(1) Theme: Forum on "Technological Integration for Senior Health Prescriptions: From Demand to Industrial Co-creation"
(2) Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026
(3) Venue: International Conference Center, 2nd Floor, Friendship Building, Shin Kong Wu Huo-Shi Memorial Hospital (No. 95, Wenchang Rd., Shilin Dist., Taipei City)
(4) Continuing Education Credits: Applications are currently in progress; the final approval will be subject to the official results. Eligible applicants include nursing professionals, long-term care workers, Western medical doctors, social workers, and civil servants (limited to those attending the event in person).
(5) Admission: Free of charge. Registration will close on Friday, October 23, 2026.
