一、目的：為使本校三校區學生宿舍消防自衛隊能更有效指揮及應變緊急突發狀況，並進而讓全體住宿生清楚瞭解維護宿舍整體安全之運作過程，俾便於日後擔任宿舍幹部時，具有災害應變及防護與維護宿舍安全的整體概念。
二、演練時間：
(一) 介仁校區115年10月13日（星期二）晚上20：30時至22：00時止。
(二) 建國校區115年10月14日（星期三）晚上20：30時至22：00時止。
(三) 中央校區115年10月15日（星期四）晚上20：30時至22：00時止。
三、演練地點：三校區學生宿舍。
四、演練實施對象：學生宿舍全體住宿生、宿舍輔導員
演練相關規定：
(一) 參加人員應依校規穿著休閒服、禁穿拖鞋。
(二) 參演學生請假應依據學校請假規定辦理，並在活動3天前完
成請假手續，特殊情事專案核假外，逾時將不予受理，返家
同學必須檢附家長證明及參加補訓(參加其他校區場次)。
(三) 學生未參加演練者，依據慈濟大學學生操行成績考核實施要
點辦理。

I. Purpose: To enhance the command capabilities and emergency response efficiency of the Student Dormitory Fire Safety Teams across the three campuses, and to ensure that all residents fully understand the operational procedures for maintaining overall dormitory safety. This initiative aims to equip future dormitory student leaders with a comprehensive conceptual framework for disaster response, protection, and the maintenance of dormitory security.
II. Drill Schedule:
(1) Jiejin Campus: Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 20:30 to 22:00.
(2) Jianguo Campus: Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 20:30 to 22:00.
(3) Central Campus: Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 20:30 to 22:00.
III. Drill Location: Student Dormitories across the three campuses.
IV. Participants: All residents of the student dormitories and dormitory counselors.
Regulations Regarding the Drill:
(1) Participants must wear casual attire in accordance with university regulations; flip-flops are strictly prohibited.
(2) Students requesting leave must follow the university's official leave application procedures. Leave requests must be completed at least three days prior to the event. Except for special circumstances approved under specific cases, late applications will not be accepted. Students returning home must provide parental certification and attend a make-up training session (by participating in a session at another campus).
(3) Students who fail to participate in the drill will be subject to the "Guidelines for the Assessment of Student Conduct" of Tzu Chi University.
