一、104 人力銀行辦理 2026 第二屆「實習打工故事競賽」，邀請大專院校學生投稿實習或打工中的學習、挑戰與成長故事，讓真實經驗成為其他學生探索職涯的重要參考。
二、考量近期適逢開學初期，學生仍在安排選課、課務與新學期生活，為提供同學更充裕的作品準備時間，本活動徵件截止日由原訂 2026 年 9 月 28 日延長至 2026 年 10 月 12 日。
三、本屆設有文字組及短影音組，學生可擇一投稿，亦可跨組參加；活動總獎金超過新臺幣 16 萬元，單項最高獎金新臺幣 2 萬元。
四、活動資訊如下：
(一)徵件期間：2026 年 8 月 10 日至 10 月 12 日。
(二)參賽對象：大專院校在學學生及 2026 年度畢業生。
(三)參賽資格：具同一機構或產業累積 120 小時以上之實習或打工經驗。

五、敬請貴校職輔單位協助透過校內網站、職涯輔導相關平台、電子郵件及其他合適管道轉知活動資訊，並鼓勵具實習或打工經驗之學生把握延長徵件期間踴躍投稿。
I. 104 Job Bank is organizing the 2nd “Internship and Part-Time Job Story Contest” in 2026, inviting college and university students to submit stories about their learning experiences, challenges, and personal growth during internships or part-time jobs, so that these real-life experiences can serve as valuable references for other students exploring their career paths.
2. Considering that the start of the new semester is just beginning and students are still busy with course registration, academic responsibilities, and adjusting to life in the new semester, the submission deadline for this event has been extended from the originally scheduled date of September 28, 2026, to October 12, 2026, to provide students with more time to prepare their entries.
III. This year is competition features a written entry category and a short video category. Students may submit entries to one category or participate in multiple categories. The total prize pool exceeds NT$160,000, with a maximum prize of NT$20,000 per category.
IV. Event details are as follows:
(1) Submission Period: August 10, 2026, to October 12, 2026.
(2) Eligibility: Currently enrolled college and university students and 2026 graduates.
(3) Entry Requirements: Participants must have accumulated at least 120 hours of internship or part-time work experience at the same organization or within the same industry.
