一、為鼓勵大專院校學生透過相互觀摩與切磋，提升英語學習動機與興趣，並增進英語發音及播報能力，特舉辦旨揭比賽。
二、旨揭比賽相關資訊如下：
(一)參賽資格：具中華民國國籍之大專院校在學學生，且符合比賽辦法所定英語學習背景限制者（詳如附件）。
(二)報名時間：即日起至115年10月31日（星期六）止。
(三)報名方式：請至附件報名網址，完整填寫資料。預定名額為40名。
(四)比賽時間：115年11月25日（星期三）13時30分至18時00分。
(五)比賽地點：本校綜合大樓A415智慧語言教室（準備教室為A406）。
三、隨函檢附比賽辦法1份。如有相關疑問，請逕洽本校應用外語系沈老師，聯絡電話：（02）2658-5801分機2773；或加入附件比賽官方帳號詢問。
1. To encourage college and university students to enhance their motivation and interest in English learning through mutual observation and academic exchange, and to improve their English pronunciation and broadcasting skills, this competition is hereby organized.
2. The details of the competition are as follows:
(1) Eligibility: Currently enrolled students of colleges and universities holding Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality who meet the English learning background requirements specified in the competition regulations (please refer to the attachment for details).
(2) Registration Period: From now until Saturday, October 31, 2026.
(3) Registration Method: Please complete the registration form via the website provided in the attachment. The expected number of participants is 40.
(4) Competition Schedule: Wednesday, November 25, 2026, from 13:30 to 18:00.
(5) Venue: Smart Language Classroom A415, Comprehensive Building, Tzu Chi University (Preparation Room: A406).
