依據《職業安全衛生管理辦法》規定，為確保本校實驗室使用機械、設備及器具之安全，請各實驗室於 115年10月31日前完成下列設備之年度自動檢查，並依規定保存檢查紀錄：
一、檢查設備範圍
1.局部排氣裝置（化學排氣櫃）
2.離心機
3.小型壓力容器（高壓滅菌鍋／釜）
4.第二種壓力容器（空氣壓縮機）
5.乾燥設備（烘箱）
二、檢查方式與注意事項
1.請至本中心網頁下載相關「年度自動檢查表」並完成檢查紀錄。
2.局部排氣裝置（化學排氣櫃）之吸氣及排氣功能檢查（風速測定部分），將由環安中心職安組另行派員至各實驗室協助量測確效。
3.各實驗室應將完成之自動檢查紀錄保存 三年備查，以供主管機關或本中心查核。

In accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management Regulations, and to ensure the safety of machinery, equipment, and apparatus used in university laboratories, all laboratories are required to complete the annual self-inspection of the following equipment by October 31, 2026, and maintain the inspection records as prescribed:
I. Scope of Equipment for Inspection
1. Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems (Chemical Fume Hoods)
2. Centrifuges
3. Small Pressure Vessels (Autoclaves)
4. Secondary Pressure Vessels (Air Compressors)
5. Drying Equipment (Ovens)
II. Inspection Procedures and Important Notes
1. Please download the relevant "Annual Self-Inspection Form" from the Center's website to complete the inspection records.
2. Regarding the inspection of suction and exhaust functions (specifically the airflow velocity measurement) for Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems (Chemical Fume Hoods), the Occupational Safety Section of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Center will dispatch personnel to assist in the measurement and verification process in each laboratory.
3. All laboratories must retain the completed self-inspection records for three years for future reference, to be available for audit by competent authorities or the EHS Center.
