一、報名方式：於報名截止時間2026年11月16日前送出。
二、繳交報名所需資料與費用後即完成報名程序。
三、競賽相關事項：將公布於臺南市安南區鹿耳社區網站（http://www.shop2000.com.tw/鹿耳社區/）。

四、報名費：新臺幣500元。（未繳交報名費者視同未完成報名手續）；郵政劃撥帳號：31567522；戶名：臺南市安南區鹿耳社區發展協會。
五、報名寄件資料：企劃書需燒錄製成光碟片1張，掛號郵寄至臺南市安南區鹿耳社區發展協會收（地址：臺南市安南區北汕尾二路800巷9弄95號70955），請於信封正面註明參加「第十五屆全國台江盃國家公園公益創意旅遊行程規劃比賽」資料繳交(含企劃書書面及光碟)為提供評審審查用，不得要求退件。
I. Registration Method: Applications must be submitted no later than the deadline of November 16, 2026.
II. The registration process shall be deemed complete only upon the submission of all required application materials and the payment of the registration fee.
III. Competition Details: Further information regarding the competition will be published on the official website of the Lu-er Community in Annan District, Tainan City (http://www.shop2000.com.tw/鹿耳社區/).

IV. Registration Fee: NT$500. (Failure to pay the registration fee will result in the application being treated as incomplete).

V. Submission of Application Materials: One (1) CD-ROM containing the project proposal must be sent via registered mail to the Tainan City Annan District Lu-er Community Development Association (Address: No. 95, Alley 9, Lane 800, North Shanwei 2nd Road, Annan District, Tainan City 70955). Please clearly indicate on the front of the envelope that the package contains "Application Materials for the 15th National Taijiang Cup National Park Public Welfare Creative Tourism Itinerary Planning Competition (including written proposal and CD-ROM)." All submitted materials are for judging purposes only and will not be returned.
