一、活動目的：
為鼓勵學生重視節能環保及教室清潔，學期間進行教室清潔大掃除，期使學生能養成離開教室隨手關電燈、電扇及保持教室整潔，力行節能並培養在生活中好公德。
清潔、節能、環保，不應是口號；維護清潔，人人有責。期許透由此活動落實學生在生活中以群體學習方式親自動手打掃自己的教室，養成良好習慣及學習環境。
二、活動執行方式：
1.活動時間：115年10月01日 ∼116年01月03日。
2.參與對象：全體同學以各班上課教室為打掃教室清潔場域。
3.活動地點：慈濟大學各上課教室。
4.活動執行方式﹕班級教室由各班排值日生利用1200-1230時或1730-1800時打掃。
5.打掃教室注意重點如下：
(1)請服務股長及班上同學到各校區學務處生輔組((中央校區至學務處、介仁校區至聯合辦公室、建國校區依各班分配掃具)借打掃所需器具。
(2)打掃重點：教室掃地、拖地、黑(白)板(含板溝槽)、桌椅(含抽屜)、講桌(含抽屜)、前後門、教具櫃(含清潔及麥克風線等收放整齊)、公佈欄、教室後置物櫃、室內空間(不置放物品)。
(3)打掃後請歸還掃具。
6.以上打掃前、打掃中、打掃後請拍照繳交打掃後mail 繳交打掃報告。請服務股長負責繳交，寄至：(yen0803@gms.tcu.edu.tw)， 繳交範本如附件。

學務處生輔組 敬啟
I. Objectives:
To encourage students to prioritize energy conservation, environmental protection, and classroom cleanliness, a classroom cleaning initiative will be conducted during the semester. The goal is to cultivate the habit of turning off lights and fans upon leaving the classroom and maintaining a tidy environment, thereby promoting energy efficiency and fostering a sense of civic responsibility in daily life.
Cleanliness, energy conservation, and environmental protection should not merely be slogans; maintaining a clean environment is a collective responsibility. Through this activity, it is expected that students will practice collective learning by personally cleaning their own classrooms, thereby establishing good habits and a conducive learning environment.
II. Implementation Details:
1. Period: October 1, 2026 – January 3, 2027.
2. Participants: All students, with their respective assigned classrooms serving as the cleaning areas.
3. Location: All classrooms at Tzu Chi University.
4. Implementation Method: Classrooms shall be cleaned by designated student monitors during the periods of 12:00–12:30 or 17:30–18:00.
5. Key Cleaning Requirements:
(1) Class monitors and students are requested to borrow the necessary cleaning equipment from the Student Affairs Office, Student Guidance Section (Central Campus: Student Affairs Office; Jieren Campus: Joint Office; Jianguo Campus: based on class assignments).
(2) Cleaning Priorities: Sweeping and mopping the floor; cleaning the blackboard/whiteboard (including the tray); cleaning desks, chairs, and drawers; cleaning the instructor's podium (including drawers); cleaning front and rear doors; cleaning the teaching aid cabinet (including organizing cleaning supplies and microphone cables); cleaning the bulletin board; cleaning the rear storage lockers; and ensuring the indoor space is free of clutter.
(3) All cleaning equipment must be returned after use.
6. Students are required to take photographs before, during, and after the cleaning process and submit a cleaning report via email. The class monitor is responsible for submitting the report to: (yen0803@gms.tcu.edu.tw). Please refer to the attached template for the submission format.
