本中心為達到提升學生自主學習之目標，特訂定「慈濟大學通識教育中心微學分課程實施要點」以推動微學分課程。
一、微學分課程係指線上課程(包括遠距教學、磨課師課程MOOCs）、實作研習營或工作坊等不同型態未滿1學分之課程。每門微學分課程應至少規劃1小時以上，須經通識教育中心課程委員會審議通過後加註認定可抵免領域後公告。實作研習營或工作坊亦須填寫申請書經通識教育中心課程委員會審議通過後公告。磨課師課程（MOOCs）之審查程序則依本校磨課師課程（MOOCs）推動實施辦法辦理。
二、慈濟大學通識教育中心微學分課程實施要點(如附件一)
三、申請說明如下:
1.申請截止日：115年10月12日(一)
2.申請範圍：115年8月01日∼116年1月31日(追認時數)
116年2月01日∼116年7月31日(認列時數)
3.申請方式：請申請單位提供認列時數申請表(附件二)，並檢附課程或活動相關資料。

To promote student autonomy in learning, the Center for General Education has established the "Implementation Guidelines for Micro-credit Courses of the Center for General Education, Tzu Chi University" to facilitate the advancement of micro-credit programs.
I. Micro-credit courses refer to various forms of courses totaling less than one credit, including online courses (such as distance learning and Massive Open Online Courses, MOOCs), practical training camps, or workshops. Each micro-credit course must be planned for at least one hour and shall be announced after the General Education Course Committee has reviewed and approved the designation of the specific domain for credit transfer. Practical training camps or workshops must also be announced following the submission of an application form and subsequent approval by the General Education Course Committee. The review process for Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) shall be conducted in accordance with the "Regulations for the Implementation of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) of Tzu Chi University."

III. Application details are as follows:
1. Application Deadline: Monday, October 12, 2026.
2. Application Scope:
1. Retroactive Credit Recognition: August 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027.
2. Prospective Credit Recognition: February 1, 2027 – July 31, 2027.
3. Application Procedure: The applying unit is requested to provide the Application Form for Credit Recognition (Attachment 2) along with relevant course or activity documentation.
Please submit all application documents to Meng Ping at the Center for General Education by Monday, October 12.
