一、依據「115年度教育部教學實踐研究區域基地計畫」辦理。
二、旨揭辦法係為協助教師撰寫教學實踐研究計畫，東區基地提供計畫撰寫諮詢服務，邀請諮詢顧問針對申請者研提計畫內容與方向給予建議。
三、申請期間：即日起至115年10月30日(五)17:00止。
四、諮詢期間：自115年10月12日(一)至115年11月20日(五)止。
五、實施方式說明：
(一)一對一線上諮詢，每次諮詢以1.5小時為限，諮詢費由本基地核支。
(二)諮詢服務由教學實踐研究六校區域基地聯合提供，為維護輔導品質並促進資源均衡運用，每位諮詢顧問輔導上限為3案；諮詢名額有限，敬請有意申請之教師儘早提出申請。
(三)全國大專校院符合申請教學實踐研究計畫資格之教師，優先錄取「東區跨校教師社群成員」及「東區基地聯盟學校教師」。
(四)每位申請人申請諮詢服務至多2次，且申請人應回傳第1次諮詢紀錄回饋表後，始得申請第2次諮詢服務。
(五)申請人須提出「116年度教育部教學實踐研究計畫」。
六、申請流程：
(一)請於115年10月30日(五)17:00前，填寫「申請表」後上傳至google表單https:／／forms.gle/TAmvJRBpgZSCQUvT9。
(二)申請人提出申請後，東區基地將盡快通知媒合結果，申請表將提供諮詢 Mentor 參考，倘如已完成計畫書初稿亦請一併提供。
(三)申請人須於諮詢後一週內填寫「諮詢紀錄表(含照片)」後上傳至google表單https:／／forms.gle/MqTb9sk88reGbdFL8。

1. This program is conducted in accordance with the "2026 Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Regional Base Project."
2. The purpose of these guidelines is to assist faculty members in drafting Teaching Practice Research proposals. The Eastern Regional Base provides consultation services, inviting expert consultants to offer guidance on the content and direction of the applicants' proposed projects.
3. Application Period: From now until Friday, October 30, 2026, at 17:00.
4. Consultation Period: From Monday, October 12, 2026, to Friday, November 20, 2026.
5. Implementation Details:
(1) One-on-one online consultations will be provided, with each session limited to 1.5 hours. Consultation fees will be covered by this Regional Base.
(2) Consultation services are jointly provided by the six-university regional bases for Teaching Practice Research. To ensure the quality of guidance and the equitable distribution of resources, each consultant is limited to a maximum of three cases. As slots are limited, interested faculty members are encouraged to apply early.
(3) Priority will be given to "Members of the Eastern Regional Inter-university Faculty Community" and "Faculty of Schools within the Eastern Regional Base Alliance" among all eligible faculty members from higher education institutions nationwide.
(4) Each applicant may request consultation services up to two times. Applicants must submit the feedback form for the first consultation before they are eligible to apply for the second session.
(5) Applicants must be proposing a "2027 Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project."
6. Application Process:
(1) Please complete the "Application Form" and upload it via the Google Form at https://forms.gle/TAmvJRBpgZSCQUvT9 by Friday, October 30, 2026, at 17:00.
(2) Upon submission, the Eastern Regional Base will notify applicants of the matching results as soon as possible. The application form will be shared with the assigned mentor for reference; if a preliminary draft of the proposal is available, please provide it as well.
(3) Applicants must complete the "Consultation Record Form (including photographs)" and upload it via the Google Form at https://forms.gle/MqTb9sk88reGbdFL8 within one week following the consultation.
