一、旨揭參賽作品收件日期為116年1月6日至1月8日上午9時至17時30分，請將報名表及作品送花蓮勝安宮（在學生請以學校為單位統一報名，不接受個人報名）；請將報名表(用word 檔、不同組別請分開製表)E-mail 到下列2個信箱，主旨加註學校名稱，以利資料之正確：

二、彩繪燈籠由勝安宮免費提供，欲參賽者請於115年10月21日至10月24日，上午8時至12時；下午13：30時至17:30時至勝安宮領取（國中小學生以學校為單位，各校領取燈籠數依總班級數，每班以四個為原則恕不接受個人領取）。彩繪燈籠領取後，即應送件參加評審，若無故未送件參賽之學校，下一年將不再提供。
I. The submission period for the competition entries is from January 6 to January 8, 2027, between 09:00 and 17:30. Please submit the registration forms and entries to Sheng-An Temple in Hualien. (Please note that students must register collectively through their respective schools; individual applications will not be accepted). The registration forms (in Word format, with separate tables for different categories) must be sent via email to the following two addresses. Please include the name of your school in the subject line to ensure accurate data processing:

II. Painted lanterns will be provided free of charge by Sheng-An Temple. Interested participants may collect the lanterns from Sheng-An Temple between October 21 and October 24, 2026, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:30. (For elementary and junior high school students, lanterns must be collected by the school. The number of lanterns provided to each school will be based on the total number of classes, with a standard of four lanterns per class; individual collection is not permitted). Once the painted lanterns have been collected, they must be submitted for judging. Schools that fail to submit entries without a valid reason will be ineligible to receive lanterns for the following year. |
