一、依據苗栗縣政府115年9月23日府教社字第1150215894號函辦理。
二、旨揭計畫競賽組別及重要時程摘述如下：
(一)競賽組別：親子組（國小、幼兒園）、國中組、高中職組、大專社會組及機關團體組。
(二)競賽主題：創作參考元素包含羊年生肖、智慧城市、產業科技、多元文化、族群共榮、年輕城市、宮廟慶典、觀光特色、美食文化等為主軸發想創作，設計上可融入山海慢城的自然景致。另可呼應 SDGs 永續發展目標，鼓勵運用在地素材並導入淨零排放概念，讓燈藝創作與環境永續共生，共同實踐生活美學。
(三)網路報名時間：
1、自115年10月19日（星期一）至12月4日（星期五）截止，逾期或以其他方式報名者，概不受理。

(四)報名資料修改與成品圖檔上傳：115年12月31日（星期四）截止。
(五)報名確認單核章上傳：115年12月31日 （星期四）截止。
(六)收件時間：116年2月12日（星期五）至2月14日（星期日），每日9時起至15 時止，凡逾時送件或未預先報名者，不得參加競賽。
(七)評審日期：116年2月15（星期一）、2月16日（星期二）。
三、獎勵辦法：各組錄取特優、優等、甲等及佳作，其錄取名額及評分標準如下：
(一)特優：至多6名（95分以上），其中含燈王1名（由特優作品中遴選1名）。
(二)優等：至多8名（90分以上）。
(三)甲等：至多10名（85分以上）。
(四)佳作：若干名（80分以上）。

1. This announcement is issued in accordance with the official letter from the Miaoli County Government, dated September 23, 2026 (No. 1150215894).
2. The competition categories and key schedule for the aforementioned project are summarized as follows:
(1) Competition Categories: Parent-Child Category (Elementary School and Kindergarten), Junior High School Category, Senior High School and Vocational School Category, University and Adult Category, and Institutional/Group Category.
(2) Competition Theme: Creative concepts should primarily revolve around elements such as the Year of the Sheep, Smart Cities, Industrial Technology, Multiculturalism, Ethnic Harmony, Youthful Cities, Temple Festivals, Tourism Specialties, and Culinary Culture. Designs may incorporate the natural scenery of the "Mountain and Sea Slow City." Additionally, entries may align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), encouraging the use of local materials and the integration of Net-Zero Emission concepts to foster a symbiosis between lantern art and environmental sustainability, thereby collectively practicing the aesthetics of life.
(3) Online Registration Period:
1. Registration is open from Monday, October 19, 2026, to Friday, December 4, 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline or through other methods will not be accepted.

(4) Deadline for Modifying Registration Information and Uploading Final Product Images: Thursday, December 31, 2026.
(5) Deadline for Uploading the Stamped Registration Confirmation Form: Thursday, December 31, 2026.
(6) Submission Period: Friday, February 12, 2027, to Sunday, February 14, 2027, from 09:00 to 15:00 daily. Late submissions or entries from participants who have not pre-registered will be disqualified.
(7) Judging Dates: Monday, February 15, 2027, and Tuesday, February 16, 2027.
3. Awarding Criteria: Each category will award Grand Prize, Excellence, First Class, and Honorable Mention. The number of awards and scoring standards are as follows:
(1) Grand Prize: A maximum of 6 recipients (95 points or above), including one "Lantern King" (selected from the Grand Prize winners).
(2) Excellence: A maximum of 8 recipients (90 points or above).
(3) First Class: A maximum of 10 recipients (85 points or above).
(4) Honorable Mention: Multiple recipients (80 points or above).
